Childcare: Fun Club
Fun Club is the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Billerica's licensed child care program held at Billerica Public School's five elementary schools. Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education & Care, interested staff should closely review the job description to ensure they meet the staffing qualifications. Current openings include Group Leader and Assistant Group Leader. 

Aquatics
Our busy aquatics department is seeking qualified individuals to support the safe operations of our aquatics programs. Support members of all ages as they develop their swimming and gain important skills to be safe in and around the water! Openings include Lifeguard and Swim Instructors. 

Summer Camp
Summer Camp 2026 is now hiring! Camp is seeking qualified candidates, ages 18+, for camp counselor roles. Additional Youth Staff positions are available for teens, ages 16 & 17. Interested candidates must be able to commit to our 7-week program, as consistency is vital to providing a safe & supportive summer to our members. Learn more about the opportunity and complete the application!
