Main Clubhouse
Our 19 Campbell Road location is hiring for our Front Desk Team! We're looking for energetic, friendly individuals to support a busy front desk, supporting the safe and welcoming atmosphere we prioritize in our programs. Childcare: Fun Club
Fun Club is the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Billerica's licensed child care program held at Billerica Public School's five elementary schools. Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education & Care, interested staff should closely review the job description to ensure they meet the staffing qualifications. Current openings include Group Leader and Assistant Group Leader. 

Aquatics
Our busy aquatics department is seeking qualified individuals to support the safe operations of our aquatics programs. Support members of all ages as they develop their swimming and gain important skills to be safe in and around the water! Openings include Lifeguard and Swim Instructors. 

Summer Camp
Camp Counselor: The Club is seeking energetic, qualified candidates, ages 18+, to help make summer memories for our members! Interested candidates must be ale to commit to our 7-week program, as consistency is vital to providing a safe & support summer to our members. 

Summer Aftercare Counselor: Part-time, afternoon opportunities are available to support our Summer Camp Aftercare program Monday-Friday from 3:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Help keep the fun going and provided support to our extended day option for our camp families. Candidates must be 18+.

Youth Staff Opportunities: The Club has a limited number of Youth Staff opportunities for teens, ages 16 & 17, to support our summer program. This is a great opportunity for young people who are interested in youth development and want the opportunity to get hands-on experience in the profession.
