Youth Leadership Program is a summer opportunity for teens, ages 14-16 to become future ready! Teens participate in a variety of programs and activities that support leadership development, workforce readiness, hands-on work experience, post-high school planning, and more!

Youth Leadership Program 2026
The Youth Leadership Program 2026 will run for 7 weeks from the end of June to mid-August. Please note that there are mandatory training days prior to the start of the program. To participate, interested teens must apply and complete an interview position. Priority will be given to positive, Club-involved teens with a passion for leadership and can commit to the full program.
Teen Leaders learn from industry leaders through Career Chats, take weekly trip to tour colleges, learn important skills like teamwork and public speaking, receive SAT Prep opportunities, and spend time shadowing the Club's Youth Development Professionals in our Summer Camp. Participating members receive a weekly stipend of $75.
