Summer Camp
Summer camp is open to youth in grades K-7 in the prior school year. Boys & Girls Club of Greater Billerica provides a safe space to support members in the summer months. Our program is focused on providing a well-rounded, engaging summer supporting members in the areas of healthy lifestyles, academics success, and character & leadership.

Summer Camp is directed by Barbara Niles, Childcare Director. 

Summer Camp 2026
Summer Camp is licensed by the Billerica Board of Health and operates at the Club's main site on 19 Campbell Road. Camp runs Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with additional extended day available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Camp is open to members in grades K-7 in the 2025-2026 school year. 

2026 Summer Camp Parent Handbook

Camp incorporates engaging programs with structured social recreation time, balancing physical activity, social emotional learning, educational opportunities including STEAM and music, field trips and weekly themes & special events! Club staff support members as they try new things, make new friends, and provide new opportunities each day!

Campers are split into groups with age-appropriate peers and rotate around the Club to participate in the Club's Makerspace, Learning Center, Music Studio, gym and pool. Staff are composed of both full-time Club employees and part-time seasonal staff, all trained in youth development, positive behavior management, active supervision, and first aid & CPR.

Session 1: June 29, 2026 - July 2, 2026 (Closed July 3rd in observance of the July 4th holiday.)
Session 2: July 6, 2026 - July 24, 2026
Session 3: July 27, 2026 - August 14, 2026

Summer Tuition
Session 1: $220
Session 2: $825
Session 3: $825
Extended Hours: Session 1, $48, Sessions 2 & 3, $180

A $50 non-refundable registration fee per child is also required.

A non-refundable deposit of $75 for Session 1, and $125 for Session 2 & 3 is required by April 17, 2026. 

The Club provides a 10% discount for additional siblings, that will be applied to the sibling registration.

Boys & Girls Club of Greater Billerica accepts vouchers and offers financial aid to ensure equitable access to our program. For questions about these opportunities, please contact Kelly Lawler, Director of Enrollment & Billing.

2026 Registration
Fun Club Priority Registration open Monday, February 2, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
Families with current, active participants in our Fun Club program are welcome to register Fun Club members, and their siblings, for Summer 2026. 

Current Club Members & 2025 Summer Camp Members Priority Registration open Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
Families who have current, active youth members (as of 1/23/2026) in the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Billerica, including drop-in & aquatics families, as well as any families who participated in Summer Camp 2025 are able to register in this window. During this time, Active Fun Club families are still open to register for camp if they have not done so already.

Public Enrollment opens on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
At time, any remaining openings will open to any interested member of the public. 

Registration takes place online on the MyClubHub Parent Portal. Summer slots can fill up quickly, please make sure you can successfully log into your account in advance of our registration window.

Financial Aid Application
Our 2026 Financial Aid program is open now. Applications are due by March 10, 2026 and decisions we will be shared no later than April 15, 2026. We encourage families not to wait for this decision to register for camp, there will be no penalty if you choose not to move forward with your aid package.
