Fun Club

Fun Club Afterschool is offered and held at all five elementary schools (grades K-4) in Billerica. Fun Club is managed by Barbara Niles, Childcare Director. Email Barbara at bniles@billericabgc.com with inquiries about the program.
Our program is offered every day from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. Care is also provided on early release days at no extra cost to our families. Fun Club is designed to support youth in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. All children in kindergarten through fourth grade are welcome to participate. Children must enroll in a minimum of two afternoons per week. Each afternoon members participate in homework help, arts & crafts, sports and science experiments. Each student is also provided with a healthy snack as well.

2026-2027 Program Information
Registration for the 2026-2027 program will begin in May on the MyClubHub Parent Portal. Please review the detailed instructions to make registration as smooth as possible on your end here: Register for Fun Club 2026-2027 - MCH Instructions. Spots are limited and based on the school of enrollment. Students may only attend the program at their school. When you register, you may be prompted to add your child to the waitlist if space is not available. After adding your child to the waitlist, please email Kelly at childcarebilling@billericabgc.com and she will let you know the timeline for your child starting in the program.
- Priority Registration for current families enrolled in Fun Club (and their siblings!) opens May 4, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
- Public Registration for remaining open spots opens on May 26, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
Members of Fun Club do not need to purchase a Main Clubhouse membership. A free Fun Club membership is included in your program registration. Memberships are non-refundable. Only members who participate in programming at the Main Clubhouse need to purchase a Main Clubhouse membership. Please make sure you need a membership before purchasing by confirming your status with the Club at 978-667-2193.
2026-2027 Tuition Rates
- 2 days per week: $264/month
- 3 days per week: $384/month
- 4 days per week: $496/month
- 5 days per week: $540/month
The Club accepts childcare vouchers for the Fun Club program from those families who qualify. Childcare Circuit in Lawrence, MA is your local resource for childcare voucher assistance. Families who have a voucher should email Kelly at childcarebilling@billericabgc.com before registering for Fun Club.

Financial Aid for the 2026-2027 Fun Club program is now open. Applications are due July 15, 2026 and decisions will be shared no later than August 14, 2026. Please review and submit the 2026-2027 Financial Aid Application here. Please note, incomplete applications will not be accepted.
