Membership Information

**New for the 2026-2027 Program Year** Boys & Girls Club of Greater Billerica will be changing from anniversary-date memberships to program-year memberships. This means that all memberships will now follow the same annual Club calendar rather than renewing individually based on each member's join date. Our program year runs September 1 to August 31. To better understand this change, please review a note from the Club's CEO, Meg Gambale, here. We appreciate your understanding as we make this change to better serve our Club community.

An active membership is required to participate in all programming at the Main Clubhouse. All memberships are non-refundable. This membership allows you access to all programs and activities at the Main Clubhouse on 19 Campbell Road, including our drop-in and aquatics programs. There is no additional fee to participate in the drop-in program, which is open to all youth & teens ages 10-18. 

Adult & Youth Memberships cost $45 and Teen Memberships (for teens 13-18 years old) cost $25 for the program year. The Club's program year runs from September to August. 

Membership to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Billerica is open to all, from any community. All members must bring their membership card every time they visit the Club to sign in and out of the building. It is imperative the Club is able to track who is in the building at all times for the safety of our members and our program. A new or backup membership card can be purchased for $5 at the Club's front desk. 

Please note that a Main Clubhouse membership is not required for participate in Fun Club. Fun Club participants receive a free membership to their school site during the registration process. This school site membership does not grant access to programming at the 19 Campbell Road location. A membership to the Clubhouse must be purchased if you plan to participate in the programs not under Fun Club.

Head to your MyClubHub Parent Portal!

All memberships and registration is completed on the Club's MyClubHub Parent Portal. All families who were part of any Club program in the previous years have a MyClubHub Parent Portal account, even if you did not access it! Your account is associated with the email you shared during registration. If you have a previous member and you create an account that your child is not in it, please reach out to the Club. Please email info@billericabgc.com for support with your MyClubHub Parent Portal.

Make sure to check your membership status before purchasing a new membership! Memberships are non-refundable and you don't want to duplicate a membership! Before purchasing a membership follow these instructions to check your membership statuses:
- Click "My Account" in the top menu
- Review all memberships by clicking "View All" under the My Household Memberships
- Check to make sure your Membership End date hasn't passed!
