STEAMcenter / Makerspace

Our STEAMcenter & Makerspace is home to most of the Club's STEAM programming.  (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math).

Our Makerspace currently has:

  • 13 Computer stations running Windows Multipoint Server
  • 10 Samsung 10.1" tablets
  • A printer, networked to each station for members to print homework and projects
  • A Makerbot Replicator 3D Printer (5th Gen)
  • A Flashforge 3D Printer
  • A Glowforge Laser Cutter
  • An Alienware/Oculus Immersive Education Virtual Reality station
  • Multiple robotics kits
  • The LittleBits Master Classroom Kit
  • Access to a wide array of power tools and hand tools
  • an iMac with Adobe Creative Cloud dedicated for moviemaking and animation
  • a 70" 1080 HD touch screen SmartBoard, which doubles as a security monitor for the computer stations
  • 17 Digital Cameras
  • 2 camcorders
  • a Celvano Digital Piano
  • 5 Yamaha Keyboards
  • 7 guitars
  • 5 Alesis Digital Drum Pads
  • Percussion Instruments
  • 2 LaunchPads
  • 1 Akai MPC Touch Music Production Center
  • An always growing D.I.Y electronics kit (arduinos, Raspberry Pi's, Breadboards, soldering tools)

  • 12 feet of standing workbenches with cutting/measuring mats, and a power supply

  • Sonos Ones w/ virtual assistant
