Practice Schedule

Our practice or training program is designed to acquaint and teach new swimmers the strokes and training involved in today's competetive swimming. Emphasis is placed on learning the proper stroke, start and turn techniques, and 'personal best' improvement. Each swimmer is expected to attend at least 2 - 3 practices a week depending on their age. Swimmers may choose from practices for their age group which best fits their schedule.
