The Club is so excited to have our Torch Club back in action at Drop-in!
Torch Club is a member run community service organization for members ages 10-12 and works to support the Greater Billerica Community. Supervised by Club staff, this group meet weekly to identify needs, both at the Club & across the community, and work collectively to find ways to make a positive impact.
To start off the school year, Torch Club was focused on animals. They hosted a bake sale which raised almost $200, which they donated to Billerica Animal Control and the Lowell Humane Society for food and supplies. They also met with Billerica Animal Control to learn more the ways they help both wild & domestic animals.
Torch Club wrapped up 2025 with a trip to the Billerica Community Pantry where they volunteered their time & efforts helping to unpack donations, stock shelves, & learn more about the ways in which the pantry supports our community.
