Fun Club

Fun Club Afterschool is offered and held at all five elementary schools (grades K-4) in Billerica. Fun Club is managed by Barbara Niles, Childcare Director. Email Barbara at bniles@billericabgc.com with inquiries about the program.
Our program is offered every day from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. Care is also provided on early release days at no extra cost to our families. Fun Club is designed to support youth in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. All children in kindergarten through fourth grade are welcome to participate. Children must enroll in a minimum of two afternoons per week. Each afternoon members participate in homework help, arts & crafts, sports and science experiments. Each student is also provided with a healthy snack as well.

2025-2026 Program Information
Fun Club registration is OPEN to all interested families! All registration takes place on the MyClubHub Parent Portal. Please review the detailed instructions to make registration as smooth as possible on your end here: Register for Fun Club 2025-2026 - MCH Instructions. Spots are limited and based on the school of enrollment. Students may only attend the program at their school.
Members of Fun Club do not need to purchase a Main Clubhouse membership. A free Fun Club membership is included in your program registration. Memberships are non-refundable. Only members who participate in programming at the Main Clubhouse need to purchase a Main Clubhouse membership. Please make sure you need a membership before purchasing by confirming your status with the Club at 978-667-2193.
2025-2026 Tuition Rates
- 2 days per week: $264/month
- 3 days per week: $384/month
- 4 days per week: $496/month
- 5 days per week: $540/month
The Club accepts childcare vouchers for the Fun Club program from those families who qualify. Childcare Circuit in Lawrence, MA is your local resource for childcare voucher assistance. Financial aid through the Club is also available. More details are provided for this program on our 2025-2026 Financial Aid Application. Applications for aid are due on July 15, 2025.
